Mike,
A group from PCSO IT met this morning to discuss the issues relating to Fire’s CAD/Web interface. Because of the difficulties we face with our network security and allowing access to our databases over the internet, we have determined that we need to bring in assistance from an outside vendor. We have a vendor who we have worked with on a similar solution in the past and we are contacting them for assistance again.
We appreciate your patience as we work through this issue. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me. I will keep you informed of our progress as we move forward.
