On November 1st, 2009, Polk County Fire Rescue begin providing service to the City of Mulberry from their existing fire station.  Station 720 serves the greater Mulberry area and is augmented by response from other county fire stations, primarily those in the communities of Willow Oak, Medulla, and Bradley.
